Hello people. How are you all doing?? How is life??? Yes, I am back again with one more blog. I am enjoying reading books and I am trying new genres and that’s how I bring you this new genre’s books that I am aiming to read this year. So come along and watch me take you through them. You can opt-in for buddy reads too if you want. So let’s go in, shall we???

1. The House Of Salt and Sorrow by Erin A. Craig.

This is a dark academia book and it looks really cool. Just look at that cover😍😍. I am super excited more like over the moon to read this book. I recently got its hardcover and I am jumping up and down just to read it!!!! I am aiming to read it this month. It’s in my TBR. If you have read the book, comment and tell me how it is. Let’s interact about it!!!!
2. Heartless By Merissa Meyer.

This book was gifted to me by my friend Mahalekshmi as a farewell gift and It’s such a pretty book. I am buddy reading it with my friend Khushi this month (can’t trust her much as she is super busy but hopefully we will read it together). It’s in this month’s TBR and I am planning a monthly TBR blog post too and will be posting it as soon as possible.
3. To Kill A Kingdom by Alexandra Christo.

This is a Fantasy Romance book and I am currently reading it but to be honest, I don’t find it very interesting. I am 50 pages in but the book seems a bit slow. It was a selection for the book club and the discussion is on April 3rd so I am aiming to finish the book by tomorrow. Will post the review pretty soon.
Edit: I DNFed it as I was not in a mood to read it and the discussion told me the book isn’t that nice.
4. Legendborn by Tracy Deonn.

This book has my heart and my soul. Just look at the cover😍. It’s so damn beautiful. The story looks so unique and I feel like this book will be a fun read. The 2nd Book in the Legendborn Series is coming out in November this year. I am super intrigued by this book and I recently bought the paperback so I will be reading it sometime soon.
5. Shadow and Bone Series by Leigh Bardugo.

This series has been in my TBR for like 2-3 years. It’s the Grishaverse series with about 7 books and It’s so hyped up that I want to read it and just look at those covers. The 3 books have such beautiful and artistic covers at I am in L.O.V.E. I am hoping to buy the books soon.
6. The Darkest Part Of The Forest by Holly Black.

This book is not only just pretty but it is also from Holly Black my favourite Fantasy Author. I started the fantasy genre with her The Folk Of The Air trilogy and I was in love with the faerie world so not only because of the book cover but also because the story is about faeries I am super excited to read it and adamant to buy the book before I read it.
7. Kingdom Of The Wicked by Kerri Maniscalco.

My friend has been torturing me to read this book and I am in love with the cover so I am not in any mood to read it and buying it is impossible as the book is 1000 INR in India and I have bought a lot of other books so I am interested in finishing them first so I have saved this book for later. The plot is a kind of Fantasy Mystery according to me and I love Mysteries and Fantasies so this is my kind of book😍.
8. The Strang and Beautiful Sorrows Of Ava Lavender by Leslye Walton.

This is a book that people are saying will destroy, but don’t you all think the cover is worth getting destroyed??? I am in love with the storyline too. I mean it’s such an emotional and lovely storyline. The cover is to die for and that is what attracted me to this story. I want to read this book even if it destroys me and I am thinking of buying it soon.
9. Children Of Blood and Bone by Tomi Adeyemi.

This book has my heart and soul. It is written by a black author and it’s about black people, I am brought up in Africa so I was so excited when I bought this book. It’s in my TBR for next month and I am so so so happy to have both the books in the paperback version. The cover and the story had me super happy. I am excited to read an African author’s book on African people.
10. The Priory Of The Orange Tree by Samantha Shannon.

This book is one of the biggest books that I want to read. It’s something like 600 pages and it looks very beautiful but at the same time also intimidating. The book has a crazily awesome plotline and as it’s a fantasy book I don’t even want to question how it is so huge. Worldbuilding takes most pages in fantasy books so that’s what I am expecting from this book too. I am aiming to buy this book as soon as I get some money.
**Note:**
I haven’t written the summary of the books because I don’t want to make the blog very big and hard to read so please google the summary or you can even take a look at Amazon or any other website to check the book and also if interested buy it. (For your information, I am not affiliated with any website or shop, I am a free person just suggesting here).

So that’s it, I am starting to work on my blog so let’s see what happens. I have been very busy trying to sort my life so I will try to be regular although that seems a bit hard but it’s fine. I hope you all are fine, see you all soon.
