Check In Check Out is a book about the spooky incidents that happen in Villagio hotel. 9 different stories talk about the strange and scary experiences in the hotel experienced by people who lodged there and 1 more story that talks about the incidents of the hotel in-depth and goes back in the past and explains the reason for the happenings.
This book spooked me out nicely. The story settings and writing style were really good. The way the story is laid out before the readers is sharp. The story is written in the third person’s Point Of View. The stories were all unique and reasonably apt but I felt like 2 of those (not gonna mention them so that you don’t lose interest) needed some more brushing like a finishing touch and they could have been much better. The stories were short and that made the book easier to read.
The book’s language is clean and nice. For the new readers, this book might actually be a blessing as it has enough spookiness to not scare you to death with easy writing and a different concept. The characters were also well developed and strong and as far as I know, very few authors can keep up with this so hats off to this author for that.
Overall, this book was a great spooky read with a unique concept and great short stories that were based on one main plot, and in bonus, it had easy writing with a few grammatical errors that can definitely be overlooked as the book provided ample spookiness.

So that’s it. I thought you all will like this book too so here I am talking about it. I will be trying to post more so until then…
