Hello, dearest people. How are you all cuties doing?? How is quarantine going?? Are you utilising your time?? If you are utilising it then allow me to waste your time. If not, then waste your time on my blog because today’s post might be the longest post I have ever written. It’s lengthy so I must warn you to finish your work and then sit down to read it. Ok people, let’s start, shall we??

Readers let me explain the format of the post to you. I will first write about the books I read, then about the books, I am currently reading and then I will tell you what I wish to read next and then I will wrap up my week. So without any further ado, it’s time to start so here goes the bomb.
What I read??

This was a nice and cosy one. I had been reading it in instalments as I didn’t have the second volume and wasn’t interested in looking for it on google. I was actually glad to finish the whole book in one sit. It was good and kind of refreshing. A 94 pages book full of fun and twists. I am happy with it although I still couldn’t read who the killer was as I didn’t have the second volume and it is a connected story.

1 word: Boring! I hated this book and could barely finish it. It sucked. Like literally what the hell was this?? A graphic novel has to have a concept, this one had none. I got so bored I almost fell asleep. The worst comic I have ever read is my last sentence for this terrible disaster. It was a 97 pages of torture.

I used to watch The Loud House back in Africa and I loved it. It was the only cartoon I used to watch. So when I saw its comic on NetGalley I instantly requested it and it got accepted. I loved the book, it reminded me of the good times in Africa. The 68 pages of fun made my night beautiful.

This was a book I had got from Kindle when I downloaded it for the first time a few years ago. I only read it now and I liked it and admired the recipes, I might try some at home and I think I was great.

A story without sense. I had high expectations from it but it didn’t reach anywhere close to my expectations. It was kind of boring and weird. I couldn’t understand the story. It got over and I was like “that’s it?? Done?? What the hell was it about?” Not great fun for me.

This book was a part of my Romantic Classics Challenge and My O.W.L.S Readathon. I had great fun reading it and will be reviewing it soon. Details will be provided soon.

This book was taken as an O.W.L.S Readathon book as I lost my Alice In Wonderland PDF. This was a one sit book as always. Carolyn Keene’s Nancy Drew Mysteries is the series that got me hooked to mystery novels. So when I knew I was reading a Nancy Drew book I chose 10 pm to start it. That’s the quiet time of my life and finished at 2 am today morning. It was great. The review will be out soon.
Wow, those are so many books. I am going fast. I am going back to my wormhole. I remember the last time I started reading like this I was officially announced insane but this just happened because there was no Wi-Fi. So let’s see this week. For now, let’s start with what I am reading.
What am I reading??

I have already started this and want to finish it soon. I have to read 492 pages so wish me luck. I will be reading it as soon as I publish this post.

Not started but will be starting tomorrow morning with fresh coffee and a heating sun to warm me up to this book. This book is for both my 88 Classics Challenge and the O.W.L.S Readathon. I am not too excited about it because I didn’t like the Lilliput island story that was used in one of my exams when I was young. I failed in it miserably because I didn’t know Mr Gulliver at that age and I joined mid-term. 😒
So those are the two books I am reading right now and I think I will be finishing them this weekend. Now off to what I will be reading.
What I will be reading in future??

This is a part of the O.W.L.S Readathon. I kept this book for the last because I am hearing a lot of praises about it and I want to finish my Readathon with a blast. So yeah, this will be the last book of my O.W.L.S Readathon and after that, I will be a Spell maker. I am so excited about this. I hope I finish these 3 books in 6 days.

Ok, so this is a big deal for me because I am participating in the Shia Imami Ismaili Muslim’s Quarantine Readathon. That’s my Muslim Cast’s Readathon. I have to finish it before 30th April. So I am on a tight schedule in reading. This readathon came out just this Tuesday and as all my friends are participating, I am hereby obliged to participate and I would love to read the alchemist too so it’s a great situation for me. This will make me read more than usual. Please pray for me.

This is the second book of my Shia Quarantine Readathon. I am quite excited as well as frustrated too. I have 6 days and 5 books so yup let’s see what happens. My whole week will be after these books and I might take a break of 2 days after reading all these books. So that completes my week.
So that’s it for my Bookish Friday WWW now it’s time to wrap up. Let’s go, people.
Friday Bookish Wrap-Up.
I read 7 books this week and enjoyed some of them. I am almost done with my O.W.L.S Readathon and I am participating in my Shia Cast’s Readathon. I wrote only 2 posts this week because I was reading and looking for good colleges when I had Wi-Fi and when I didn’t have Wi-Fi, I read more and more and I am proud to say that first I had netgalley books to read 53 books to read and now it’s 31 as I lost some pdfs and their archive date has passed. I am quite happy with my reading week.
Now before ending, it’s question time.

Answer in the comments and start up a discussion.
So that’s it for today. I will be posting less next week as you see I have a tight schedule here. As for now. I would like to take your leave and go read Dorothy In The Land Of Monsters.

1) I think you have read a lot of books in a short time, but some of them were graphic/comics so not too long to read.
2) I have read Gillivers Travels from that list, and I loved it. But I was only 11 at the time. I don’t think I would read any of the others you mention.
3) I could recommend so many books, but here are just a few.
Of Mice and Men, by John Steinbeck. (Short novel)
Ludwicka, by Christoph Fischer. (WW2 historical novel, very good.)
The Knife With The Ivory Handle, by Cynthia Bruchman. (Excellent fiction by a fellow blogger)
Best wishes, and happy reading!
Pete. 🙂 xx

Yeah, I also felt the same. There were graphics so maybe I didn’t read much but I enjoyed my week a lot. 😁 it felt so good to read more.
I am liking Gullivers travels right now. I have read only 40 pages but it was good.
I have Of Mice and Men in my 88 classic novels challenge. I would love to try Ludwicka and the knife with an ivory handle too. I will search them both and read them as soon as possible.
Thank you for your wishes, Pete. I hope you have fun reading too. I don’t see any book reviews these days?? Ate you reading or are taking a break??

It is a PDF advance copy with no cover, so I can’t show you it. A coming-of-age story set in America. Well written, with a lot of small details. I must finish it soon though, but I am still having trouble staying awake long enough at night. I will reblog your interview over the weekend. Remind me. xx

Oo looks interesting. I am waiting for your review. If you want to stay awake try drinking coffee 30 minutes before dinner. Whenever I had to study for exams I used to do that and could pull staying up until 3 am in the morning. Thank you so much once again for your reblog.
