Let’s start people, shall we??

Normal Week:
My week went totally exhaustive as I just finished my exam on Thursday. My Monday went studious as I had an English exam that went well. Tuesday was exhaustive as I had a Gujarati exam the next day. Wednesday as you already know I had Gujarati exam and it was crucial as I had my last and final exam of Computer on Thursday. Then I had a very productive Friday. I did all sorts of work and designing for my blogs, worked on new upcoming surprises. I slept through all my Saturday and blogged all Sunday. So that was my normal weekly wrap up.

Bookish Week:
So I started off with four books namely:
1. Attack of the Stuff by Jim Benton.

Synopsis:
In what is described as “an 8 year old’s fever dream,” New York Times bestselling author introduces us to Bill Waddler. Bill is a duck who dreams of being smothered by farting snakes. He also has a special gift. He is able to hear appliances complain. Imagine what toilets would complain about. Bill doesn’t need to imagine. While working as a cash-only hay seller (that doesn’t accept credit cards), Bill doesn’t know that he, and a very confused orange juice sales clerk, are about to save the world. If you could hear this book complain, it would be saying “where have you been all my life?”
I finished this comic and reviewed it on Goodreads. I will be posting the review soon and many other reviews.
2. Christmas At The Chateau by Lorraine Wilson.

Synopsis:
A Christmas sheβll remember foreverβ¦
Poppy is looking forward to spending her first Christmas in France at her boyfriend, Leoβs, ChΓ’teau. And as the snow falls softly around the dramatic castle, Poppy canβt think of anything more magical.
There are new traditions to discover, a cosy Christmas market to explore and best of all, a promise of secret treasure hunt from gorgeous Leo. Only family pressure and uncertainty about her future in France can threaten to cast a shadow over the holiday.
When the treasure hunt takes an unexpected turn Poppy knows for sure this is one Christmas sheβll remember forever.
It’s a short story of 49 pages and this is related to the ROMANTIC CLASSICS CHALLENGE, I have read only 27% of it but it’s good. I don’t think romantics can be as bad as I thought they could be. I will be finishing it soon.
3. Midnight In The Graveyard Compiled Stories by Different Authors.

Synopsis:
Midnight. Some call it the witching hour. Others call it the devilβs hour. Here in the graveyard, midnight is a very special time. It is a time when ghostly spirits are at their strongest, when the veil between our world and theirs is at its thinnest. Legend has it, that while most of the world is asleep, the lack of prayers allow the spirits to communicate under the cover of darkness, among the …
This is a 495 pages ebook that I got from netgalley. I am really excited to read it although I haven’t started it yet.
4. Us…Mostly by Laila Bhaidani.

Synopsis:
“What happens when the love that you are waiting for all your life, mistakes you for someone else? Can a transgender ever have an everlasting love story? How is the life of a 50- yr old woman who requires permission to pee everyday?
βUsβ¦Mostlyβ is a collection of stories of the life of the ordinary people like you and me. It is the twist of fate, the choices they make, the chances they take, and the intricacies of their emotions that makes these ordinary characters around us live an
extraordinary life
These stories are in between the realms of right and wrong, black and white. It is about those human emotions that cannot be classified into stringent compartments and judged by stereotype moral standards. It is an ode to our love, our desires, our dreams, and our difficulties that shapes each one of us into something we never thought we could become.”
This was a gifted book that I received from the author. I just started it today and I AM LOVING IT ALREADY!!! I read only 42 pages of the book but I am in love with the stories. The author and I have a small/big connection that I will elaborate in the upcoming posts.
I am also reading ANNIE BY PETE, my very good blogger buddy and a father-like figure. That man is a genius with awesome stories. You have to follow him, it is essential if you want awesome stories.
So those are the books I am reading right now and that’s how my weird week went. I am having a lot of fun now because I am back posting. I am really happy about being back.

So that’s it for today. I have a lot of posts coming up soon. I am totally free and happy.π I will be back with more enthusiastic posts and lots of craziness till then…
