I am sick just 2 days before my exams with an allergy and cold. Two things at the same time. It’s like by one get one offer. It’s like buy cough get allergy free or the other way around. Don’t mind my weird behaviour.
As I always have to do when I am sick or on a regular basis, I was drinking the golden milk and oh my goodness that felt so good. I felt so warm and easy. So I decided to share my recipe and it benefits because people often say, “why do you Indians drink a lot of turmeric milk?” Here is why.
So let’s start, shall we?
I can’t write much as I feel tired so here are some videos with benefits and side effects.
If you outlook the side effects, it gives you lifelong benefits. Cutting this blog short before i die while writing before i don’t think i will be praised for that.
I was looking for recipes and didn’t find any good recipes but I got 1 video and I am giving you my ancient recipe going on in my family for decades.
Heat a cup of milk.
My cup is small so hope you don’t mind.
In a cup, add a little turmeric ( it depends on your cup size, as mine is small I add 1 and a half tsp)
Add a little black pepper, pinch of salt and cinnamon powder if you wish.
When the milk is warm, put it in the cup and mix it. Drink hot or it won’t benefit you.
